Survival
Team
Building Fun
Survival,
our fun team building package, is designed to mix up and shake up your
associates into “tribes” of fellow employees who have very
little interaction with or do not normally work together. The idea is
to get associates to mix with each other in a light-hearted fun environment.
Once the tribes have been established, the game master, Manny Green- a
comic veteran of radio and television, leads the tribes through a series
of challenges that are extremely fun and competitive. The winning tribe
of each challenge is awarded tickets that will be used in a prize drawing
at the end of the event. Prizes may include hammocks, snorkel sets, spice
racks and other theme related prizes.

Challenges

Walk
The Plank
This is a contest of balance. Balancing platforms,
stacked with four planks each, await each tribe. The four planks create
a wide standing platform from which this contest begins. Three to
six castaways from each tribe begin by taking a position on each of
the three platforms. Each platform holds one castaway representing
their tribe. Systematically, planks are removed from each platform
making it more and more difficult to maintain balance. Once three
planks are removed from each platform, remaining castaways balancing
on the last plank will be left to a test of endurance. Who can remain
balanced on the final plank the longest! To add to the difficulty,
the final castaways will be asked to take two steps to the left or
right until a final castaway is left balanced on this final plank.
Each castaway in the winning tribe receives 4 raffle tickets. |
Squared
Off
Each tribe selects one or two castaways (depending
of size of entire group), to represent their tribe in this exciting
game of human chess. The selected castaway should possess strategy
skills and have an eye for geometry. The game board is made of 100
2x2’ pieces of plywood. Castaways may move one step at a time,
flipping over the piece of wood on which they had previously been
standing as they go. Castaways cannot step onto a piece that has
been flipped over. Each castaway makes his move one-at-a-time, based
on a drawing of straws at the beginning of the game, and when instructed
by host. Last castaway able to move from one piece to another wins
for their tribe. Each castaway in the winning tribe receives 4 raffle
tickets. |

Treasure
Chest Relay
Treasure
chests, full of gold coins, lay at the end of several racecourses.
In this relay type race, it is each tribe’s goal to accumulate
as many coins they can without dropping any. Competing tribes race
down the course and open their respective treasure chest. Castaways
collect as many coins as they can hold in two hands, race back to
the starting line and dump their collected coins into a container.
Once the castaway dumps his coins, the next one races off to the treasure
chest to collect his handful of coins. There is a time limit to this
race and the tribe with the top number of collected coins wins. However,
any coins spilled or dropped along the way will be deducted from their
final collected coin count. Each castaway on the winning tribe receives
4 raffle tickets each.

Scud
Missile Launch
Five contestants from each team try their skill with a giant water
balloon sling shot. The object of the game is for the top teams
to score a direct hit. Three team members launch their schooch ball
from the giant sling-shot. The other 2 must catch the schooch balls
(foam balls filled with water) with a special 2-man bucket by only
holding on to the special bungee cords.
Each team will receive two practice shots before the competition
begins. Best of three rounds are declared winners. Winning team
will receive five tickets.

Bamboozled
Tribes
are each given a large sea chest full of PVC pipes and assorted
fittings (all are painted to resemble bamboo stalks). The object
of this competition is to see which tribe can assemble the tallest,
freestanding tower within a given time limit. Castaways will have
to work as a team to coordinate the construction of this tower and
must be able to make quick accurate decisions for success.

Survival
Chairs
An updated version of this classic game of musical chairs. Speed,
sound, nerves… Who say’s we didn’t learn everything
in Kindergarten. More laughs than anything else yet with a touch
of stress tossed in.

Footprints
In The Sand
Three
teams of three castaways each must stand on top of our giant 5-foot
long bare feet cutouts. Each team’s challenge is to step in
unison and race their opponents to the finish line. Tribe members
will support their team from the sidelines, cheering them on.
